Shipping

All products are made to order so please allow a production time of up to 7 working days before your order is shipped.

We want your order to get to you as quickly as possible once shipped, so for all UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to send your items. You can opt to upgrade to Next Day Delivery but please note this does not reduce production time.

For all other orders we use tracked delivery services, shipping estimates are:
EU: 3-5 working days
USA: 3-5 working days
Everywhere else: 7-10 working days

UK Standard Shipping FREE on all orders
UK Next Working Day Delivery is £5.99
Recorded Shipping to Europe (Royal Mail) is £15
USA Tracked Shipping (USPS) is £15

Returns and Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we'd rather you got the product you wanted first time. Please note that as all items are made to order exchanges are not always possible. Feel free to drop us an email at anytime if you have any queries. 

If for any reason you do wish to make a return or exchange please follow the guidance below:

Returns or exchanges will be accepted provided that we are notified of this request within 14 days after you receive your order.

Returns postage cannot be covered and will be at your discretion, please use a tracked service to return your items otherwise we will not be able to assist if for any reason we do not receive your return. A full refund (minus any original P&P) will be given once the items are received. If you are looking to exchange, your replacement will be shipped free of charge once your return is received.

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn, washed or damaged items; unless the item was delivered faulty. If there is any fault with the item please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item so that we can rectify this.
